The screens your team will actually open.
Each scene is AI-generated; the screen inside it is a real capture from a Kochi restaurant running RestoMama today. Every module below is one of twenty-seven you can switch on.
- Counter & OrdersPunch the bill at the counter and the kitchen copy prints with it, on one order record.

- Online Ordering & QRYour own ordering site, on your domain: menu, online checkout and Express Pickup QR.

- Host & TablesA waitlist your guests join by QR, and a floor board that reads the counter’s open bills.

- Menu & CatalogCategories, sections, choice groups and imports — one catalog every channel reads.

- Inventory & RecipesAIA recipe behind each dish, stock off the shelf as it is billed, margin on every plate.

- Business IntelligenceExecutive, location, menu, workforce and customer dashboards over one dataset.

One admin runs the whole restaurant.
Every screen your team opens writes to the same place. This is the whole application — billing, the kitchen, money, people and growth — around one login.
Operations
- AI that saves you moneyScans supplier invoices, forecasts the week, and flags what looks off before it costs you.
- Role-based access & audit trailEvery permission is set per person, and every change is logged.
- Encrypted, consented, backed upTraffic is encrypted, guest messaging is consent-checked, and the day is backed up on close.
- Your data stays yoursNever sold, never shared for anyone else’s purposes. How we protect it.

An illustrative view of the RestoMama desk. All figures on this page are sample data.
Midnight is not a reporting tool.
Billing runs in one system. Delivery in another. Rewards in a third, and the agent payouts in a notebook behind the till. After close, somebody exports files that were never meant to meet, lines them up in a sheet, and argues with the difference until it stops mattering.
The variance is always real money. By morning nobody can say where it went, which agent was short, or whether a coupon was funded twice.
RestoMama sits underneath all of it. One order writes one record — bill, ticket, run, points — so the day closes itself instead of being reconstructed at 12:04 AM.
What the desk actually runs.
Two halves of the same service. Nothing is exported between them, because nothing leaves.
At the counter
Take the order on any channel, print the ticket, capture the money, close the day.

On the road
Assign the agent, show the guest the run, and have the payout already worked out.
- 01Delivery zones with automatic agent assignment
- 02Live order tracking from the pass to the door
- 03Agent payouts — fixed, distance-based or percentage share
- 04Cash on delivery held against the bill that produced it
- 05Reassignment when an agent goes off shift mid-run
- 06Payout runs and settlement reports per agent
The kitchen hears it immediately.
The moment a bill is punched, the kitchen copy prints on every printer set to print it, while the counter's thermal receipt prints for the guest. Add an item later and the kitchen gets a supplement ticket; pull one and it gets a void chit. Nobody carries paper across the floor, and nobody asks the kitchen to guess.
- Guest and kitchen copies, on the printers you assign each to
- Thermal receipt printing at the counter, 80 mm and 58 mm
- Prep state on every ticket, from new to ready

Call the token, not the room.
The host stand, the guest's phone and the screen on the wall read the same queue, so nobody waits by standing where they can be seen.
Queue board
Screen 1 · above the host stand20:41Waiting
4Table ready
3Menu board
Screen 2 · updated 20:38The guest queue
A guest scans the QR at the door and joins the waitlist with a party size, and the desk hands back a token. They watch their own place in the line on their own phone instead of standing at the host stand, and your team seats them from the same screen when a table frees up.
Display boards
A board on the wall carries the same queue the host stand is working from, so the screen never disagrees with the floor. A second board carries the menu and follows the menu manager's availability — an item marked sold out leaves the board at the same moment it leaves the till.
Boards run on any screen the restaurant already has, with the queue, menu, prices and availability coming from the same desk that prints the bill.
Where today's money came from.
Every rupee is filed against the lane that physically collected it — the drawer, the terminal, the agent's pocket or the guest's reward balance. That is what makes a day-end summary a summary rather than a guess.

Zones pick the agent. The guest watches the run. At the end of the week the payout is already worked out — no spreadsheet, and no argument at the counter.

The guests who came back.
A coupon stops being a marketing line item once it is attached to the bill that redeemed it. Rewards land in the same ledger as everything else, so retention spend sits next to the revenue it actually moved.

The day closes itself.
Because billing, the kitchen, payments and dispatch write to the same place, the day-end summary is not an assembly job. It is just the day, read back.
Priced per location, per month.
Start on the part of the desk you need today. The desk underneath is the same one, so switching more of it on later does not mean moving your data.

The discount is the smaller saving. The one you feel is the closing you stop doing by hand, the report you stop assembling at midnight, and the tools you stop reconciling against each other.
Prices are India-INR placeholder benchmarks and can be updated later.
Setup, onboarding, hardware, printer, payment gateway, SMS, WhatsApp, and third-party fees are excluded.
Delivery management can be sold as a separate add-on from Rs. 2,499/location/month for restaurants starting with billing only.
See a real service, end to end.
We will take one dinner rush the whole way — ring a bill, print the KOT, call the token, mark the payment, dispatch the order, pay the agent and read the day close. On your menu, with your zones, in about thirty minutes.
