Payroll
A salary is set once with an effective date, and the month builds itself from the attendance already approved — days worked, overtime, leave past the allowance. Advances come off in the instalments you scheduled, one-off earnings and deductions sit on the same month, and what is left is the take-home. Finalise the month and that figure locks to a payslip, with every payment recorded against it and the balance still owed shown beside it.

What it does.
- Monthly, pro-rata, daily and hourly wages, revised with an effective date
- Gross built from the attendance, overtime and leave already approved
- Cash advances issued on a repayment schedule and recovered month by month
- One-off earnings and deductions on a month, voided with a reason on record
- A month finalised to a locked payslip, reopened only with a reason
- Each staff member reading their own salary, payments and payslip
Needs Staff & Roles switched on as well.

It does not work alone.
These sit on the same order record, so what one of them writes the next one can already read.
