Staff & Roles
Add a person to the staff directory, set the branches they work at and the role they hold, and the screens they can open follow from that. Roles are yours to name and edit, and each one carries its own list of grants — taking a refund, closing the day, opening the reports — so a cashier signs in to the counter and nothing else. Where one person needs more than the role gives, or less, you grant or withdraw it on that person alone.
