Complaints & Reviews
A guest raises a complaint against one order — a category, what went wrong, up to three photos — and the ticket opens with a countdown already running. Your staff work it in one list beside the order number, reply in the same thread, and close it with a note and, where one is owed, a refund in reward points or cash. If the countdown runs out with the ticket still open, it escalates itself to refund-due, posts that on the thread, and tells the guest.

What it does.
- Complaints raised against one order, with up to three photos
- A countdown on every ticket, escalating to refund-due when it runs out
- One thread per complaint, staff and guest writing in the same place
- Resolution with a note, and a refund in reward points or cash
- Filters by status and by restaurant or delivery, and search by order number
- Guest star ratings out of five, averaged into a badge on your storefront

It does not work alone.
These sit on the same order record, so what one of them writes the next one can already read.

We will take one dinner rush the whole way — ring a bill, print the KOT, call the token, mark the payment, dispatch the order, pay the agent and read the day close. On your menu, with your zones, in about thirty minutes.
