Sales Quotes

A trade buyer signs in, names the items and quantities they want, and asks for a price. You answer line by line off the list price, set a minimum quantity where the rate depends on volume, and give the quote a date it runs out on. The buyer then orders against it once — the order prices itself from the quote you sent, not from the basket.

What it does.

  • Quote requests raised by a signed-in trade buyer
  • Prices negotiated per line, against the catalog list price
  • A minimum quantity per line, below which it reverts to list
  • A whole-order discount on top of the line prices
  • A validity date after which the quote stops being spendable
  • One order per quote — a spent quote cannot be used twice

Needs Menu & Catalog switched on as well.

We will take one dinner rush the whole way — ring a bill, print the KOT, call the token, mark the payment, dispatch the order, pay the agent and read the day close. On your menu, with your zones, in about thirty minutes.
