Delivery Management
The order leaves the counter as an offer to the RestoMama rider network — you do not hire or roster anyone. It goes to riders who are approved, online and free, ranked on distance, rating and how often they accept. The guest gets a tracking link with the rider, the ETA and the handover code, and each step the run reaches shows on the order back at the counter.

What it does.
- Offers scored by distance, rating and acceptance rate
- Riders onboarded and approved by RestoMama, not by you
- A guest tracking link with the rider, ETA and handover code
- Assigned, at pickup, picked up and delivered, back on the order
- Fares from a base rate, the distance and a rider share
- An earnings and cash-on-delivery ledger, settled by hand
Needs Counter & Orders and Complaints & Reviews switched on as well.
On Billing Starter, Operations Growth, Multi-Branch Pro, Enterprise. See what that plan costs.

It does not work alone.
These sit on the same order record, so what one of them writes the next one can already read.

We will take one dinner rush the whole way — ring a bill, print the KOT, call the token, mark the payment, dispatch the order, pay the agent and read the day close. On your menu, with your zones, in about thirty minutes.
