Host & Tables

The queue at the door runs off one printed QR that never changes. A walk-in scans it, gives a name and a party size, and gets a token plus the number of parties ahead on their own phone, with a WhatsApp message on joining and another when a table is ready. The host works a board that shows which tables the counter still has an open bill or a cooking order on, so nobody is seated onto a table the POS has not finished with.
