They pick a category, answer each dish’s option groups, choose pickup, delivery or dine-in where the branch allows it, and confirm — with nothing to install and no account to make, because the order is filed against their phone number. It is created through the same order pipeline the counter uses, and carries WhatsApp on the order record.
